We think steaming with Stellar is a fantastic way to cook. It keeps all the nutrients and vitamins in the food which would be lost through boiling and because the juices and aromas circulate during the cooking process everything is also packed with flavour. To cook, just fill the bottom pan with water or broth and bring it to the boil. This creates a steady supply of steam, which travels through the base of each steamer basket to cook the food. The vented glass lid captures the steam to retain the heat.

- Prepare your ingredients.
- Calculate how long each one takes to cook.
- Add water or a broth to the base pan and bring to the boil.
- Add the ingredients in order, longest to cook first, and add the others one by one depending on how much cooking is required so everything will be ready at the same time.
