Should a product you receive present a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team straight away to arrange a replacement. If the product you purchased is out of stock or no longer in production, you will be offered a similar product or one of equivalent value. You don’t need to register your guarantee, but we advise you keep proof of purchase (such as a receipt or an online order confirmation) that shows the date you bought the product. When purchasing one of our items, we strongly suggest reading all product information, including the care and use instructions (where applicable). Our brand guarantees do not cover damage resulting from:

- Accidental damage;
- Negligence or abuse;
- Failure to follow our care and use instructions;
- Scratches, stains or discoloration;
- Our guarantees cover normal domestic use only.
