As a chef I'm pretty picky about the quality of pans I have in my kitchen. Like any consumer I want a sense of value for money, that the price is justified by the quality and this pan delivers. I have various sizes of frying pans and 30cm size is my largest. A good size so you can cook 4 portions of most items at the same time. As a chef I prefer a metal, easy to grip handle so I can transfer the pan to oven if I wish, to save on washing up.
