Your Questions

Hi - we own the 5 piece saucepan set (which we bought on amazon 3 months ago) and have been very happy with it. Last evening my wife used the smallest saucepan to shallow fry fish in medium heat (over a gas flame) and the pan is now discoloured and charred along a full side. We’ve used a number of detergents and solutions to try cleaning the pan but nothing has worked. With previous pans we’ve been able to remove stains using white vinegar but this hasn’t worked this time around and we’re disappointed (especially since we used the pan within the operating parameters). Please can you advise? Vishnu

Hi there, typically these stains would have been removed using the vinegar process, for more stubborn stains may I suggest using a more abrasive cleaner such as the Stellar Stainless Steel cleaner. This can be purchased on our site or from any of our stockists, local to you:
