Your questions
If you already have this product and need after-purchase assistance, please contact customerservice@horwood.co.uk.

Hi! I have an older model of these lovely stockpots. It looks like an identical design - Horwood print on the bottom and goodness knows how many meals have been cooked in it. I'd love to pop mine in the oven, with the glass top, for some extra casserole flavours. If I keep it below 210C as per the Q&A here. Would that be reasonably safe? As they say, nothing lasts forever. Would be a shame to have to get some other gizmo just to put things in the oven. Thank you very much for your time, Tom

Hi

I can confirm this stockpot can go into an oven upto 210°c.

Hi, Do you sell replacement lids for the 3 tier steamer? Thanks Jean

Please contact our customer service department on 0117 940 0000 and they will be able to help you.

Hi we have an older Stockpot which appears the same as the current model. Can you advise if it is suitable for our new induction hob. Or how we can tell if it is different. Thanks

Hi there, if your pan has been made within the last 15 years then it will be induction suitable. A simple way to tell is apply a magnet to the base of your pan - if it attracts or pulls then you have a ferretic cover plate (standard on all Judge cookware in the last 15 years) meaning it will work on your induction hob.

I have a glass lid stock pot but have inadvertently broken the lid, is it possible to get a replacement lid. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for getting in touch, yes this should be possible, simply contact Rachel on Customerservice@horwood.co.uk, and confirm the diamater of your pot and your delivery address
