Morning! Can I use the Stellar 174 Teapot on the stove to heat tea please? Many thanks Michael

We recently wanted to replace our Stellar teapot which we loved and ordered one on line. When it arrived the lid was actually pushed into the pot with the hinge still attached. We could get it back in the correct position but with very little pressure it went into the pot. The design was flawed. We investigated and discovered the teapots are now made in China, very disappointed! We returned it and got a refund. Was this a second or has the design really deteriorated that much?

Sorry to hear of this, the lid must have been damaged in transit. Sadly we had to resource the supply of this range to a different factory, and we are putting steps in place to improve the quality as we are aware that the very first batch was not up to our expected quality

Brilliant Teapot

I recently purchased this teapot from Horwoods as a replacement for our old stainless steel teapot. It is a really lovely teapot. It pours really well, no drips. The handle is comfortable to hold and the design is very attractive. It appears to be of a good quality stainless steel and comes with a lifetime guarantee, what more can you want from a teapot. I bought the 400ml size and it perfect for 2 people, I can get 2 mugs or 3 cups out of it.
Delivery was within the stated time and it was well packed. I would recommend the teapot to anyone
